I applied through my university's career services website and was then selected for an interview. I was told a week before hand that I would need to take an analytical assessment test. Pretty much all the questions that appeared on this website showed up on the exam, so you will do well if you study according to the tips the previous interviewee's have given. Work on speed, b/c an hour and a half was not enough for me. During the actual interview, I was asked questions like, why did you choose your university, tell me about a time when you were working on a project and used a technique to make things simpler. Then they gave me a hypothetical question to answer - What would you do if Listerine was one of your clients and you had to approach cvs and convince them to give Listerine products more shelf space.
