Very rigorous interview process that includes several rounds assessing your writing, and verbal communication skills along with, your analytical skills. They have a strong relationship with several schools including Northwestern and NYU so you may be at a slight disadvantage if not from there. Although the process was very rigorous, I would say that it was an enjoyable one and the reflection required for it, helped me for other interviews.
