Initially they have a written test which includes statistics and logical questions. If you clear that, post that they conduct telephonic interview purely based on statistics.
Also, if you have the knowledge of R, it'll be beneficial for you.

it was just regular interview process, asking about the past experience, interest in the field. Ask for excel skills. I interviewed for the technology department, so I was asked about my interest in technology and some related questions--trend technology

Screening interview, followed by 3-member panel interview, which consisted of some introductory/background questions and a qualitatitive research exercise. Was given about 30 minutes to prepare answer for exercise, then had to explain to panel members.
