I had a phone interview the first time because I lived in Southern California then I was called back and asked for an in person interview and was flown up to to the Marin County office and had an interview with the hiring partner then they coordinated an interview with the managing partner when he was in southern California on a business trip everybody was great it was an excellent experience.
