I originally had a head hunter reach out to me stating that she did not think I was a fit for the position I applied for but recommended me for another. She scheduled a call with me and asked me why I was a good fit for the role, never told me the position she had in mind for me. That call ended up going well and I moved into an interview with the Hiring Manager, I felt great about that interview and I then moved to a third round that required me to present a 20 minute sales pitch. I created a power point, did research and practiced multiple times for this presentation to be given decent feedback during the interview. Two days later I reached out as I had received an offer from another company and was interested in feedback and then was asked what my availability was later that afternoon. I never heard from anyone again after that email, not the hiring manager or the recruiter. After having me prepare for something that in-depth, I feel as though I do deserve some feedback. The ghosting is completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Applied through job portal and received response after a few weeks. Initial recruiter screening and 2 rounds of interviews, one technical and one hiring manager. Fairly smooth process as long as you are prepared for SQL rounds
