1 Interview with District Manager and 1 phone interview with the Regional Manager. Both were very brief for a Store manager position. I was surprised that I received an offer. I had networked with the District Manager and knew a previous Store Manager, so that helped. I did not think it was a thorough interview.

It felt easy, I definitely over prepared. They read Qs off a sheet that didn’t feel relevant to the position. They cared more about my history in content creation than running a team. We sat at a noisy cafe and I could barely hear a thing.
