Pretty simple process. Met with all of the key management team who I would be working for and with. Had lunch in the office with more of the team and grabbed coffee with the CEO at the end of my day with Ninja. More than anything it was a two-way conversation that helped both myself and the company get to know each-other and determine if its a good fit.
