Entire process for me was about two weeks. Applied on the Nintendo website, a week later got an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening with her. Interview went really well, she was impressed with my retail experience. Was told that in person interviews were the following week and I’d know if I was selected within a few days. She told me about the hourly wage as well as hours and that I’d need to take a drug test. She gave me a false sense of hope, as she seemed certain that I’d move on to the next round. 4 days after the phone screening, I got an automated email stating that the job position has closed.
