I passed the CV screening and they sent me a test that I had 4 hours to complete. I think the time was too tight and the test was not good enough to test applicant's abilities. I didn't pass the test but got no feedback whatsoever,

Procedure has been outsourced to a German recruitment agency. Requires a test translation including a number of editorial tasks. Quite simple stuff really, yet again Nintendo doesn't do difficult texts, of course, so there you are. Translators are at the bottom rung of the pay scale over there, and presenting too high a salary expectation to a recruiter will mean end of story.
