Interview can be 2 or 3 rounds normally. HR Phone interview is the first round, then they will invite you to have the face-to-face interview with your line manager; depends on the position, n+2 managers will also be involved in the interview process.

An initial call to run through experience and then you progress to a video call interview with the Marketing Manager followed by an in-person interview with The Head of Marketing.
