Several calls, SKYPE sessions - I believe 5 interviews in all. Asked for a few homework assignments - former proposals, etc. 30,60,90 day plans. But the lack of communication and lack of vision made me bow out of the running. In my opinion, the Chief Commerical Officer is in over his head, lacks vision and basic leadership skills.

Entrevista
At first they seemed prompt and on the ball even had me in sooner than planned. The interview was laid back and informal with the CEO and one other colleague. I felt like they'd already made their decision the minute I walked in and that's fine. Next steps they were to contact me in a couple of days and a month later I still had not received an update. Now to me how a company conducts every stage tells me about the way they run their business. I was a huge fan, the individuals I met were great, but, there was no respect once I'd left the building. I was quite shocked and received no apology for not informing despite me reaching out to them. I wish them much success and clearly see they need help in some simple areas, I hope they get the right individuals to be the change agents for future achievements.

Entrevista
First interview was a brief phone call to get to know me and as they said "short listing" the qualified applicants. This took place on a Friday and on Monday they called to have an in person interview. 2nd interview was in person with the CFO which went really well. He mentioned that the selection process was down to myself and 2 other people that they still needed to interview the next week. They then got back to me late the following week where the Senior Accountant wanted to schedule a phone call with me to get to know me better since she was not present at my in person interview and I was out of state and she was adamant that it was not an interview but more informal conversation. At that time she mentioned that the selection process was now down to me and one other person and they would be contacting me soon. one week went by and I sent an email asking if there was any update. They mentioned that a project came up and that they would get back to me at the end of the week. Late that Friday afternoon, they emailed stating they needed to push the decision process until the following week. I was also interviewing with other companies and received an offer from one company and since I still didn't hear anything from them by the next Thursday I sent an email informing them about the other offer and was wondering if they had more of a timeline on their decision process since they did mention it was down to me or one other person. I have yet to hear a response back from that email that I sent and it has been 10 days. I wish they could have been professional enough to get back to me either way.
