Submitted online application and received an email several days later to arrange a phone interview. I would like to say this was the most amazing experience talking with the HR I had ever had. The interview lasted for about 40 minutes, and the HR person asked several behavioral questions, and some questions on my previous projects. At last, she discussed benefits and perks of their company, which sounds very good. It is a fast growing company and they will double their engineer team this year. A great opportunity to join at this point of time. I will graduate in May, while they wanna hire people as soon as possible, so I don't get the offer. One week later, I received a package from the company with T-shirt, flash drive, notepad and a hand-writing paper from the HR, which totally surprised me. This is definitely a dream company that I would love to work for.
