It is pretty straightforward since the job is remote. For me, since I was reecommended by a previous colleague, it was smooth. You will get a non-voice interview in Slack and when you get accepted, you'll get trained for the role.

Entrevista
It was pretty straight forward. After they contact me they first asked me if I was okay with the salary which was $800 (Really low for an american company even if they hiring in LATAM) then they asked you to join their slack and asked to do a internet speed test, english test and a design challenge, after that we had an zoom interview and then they asked me to retake the design test.
