Overall process is fine for those who are fresher ,but people with experience feel waste of time by doing 1 day assignment.
3 rounds of interview and than 1 day for making 2 bhk is not necessary.
Interviewer should have knowledge to ask questions based on experience.
Such a rude and humiliated behaviour I have ever seen in my 5 years of career.
