had a group interview . the interviewer was more in interested in reviewing the groups responses and facial expressions as she explained the job. She looked for the attention and interest the person exhibited as she explained the rigors and time constraints of the job. She then picked out certain people from the group that she thought would fit the company mold. She then had a 1 on 1 and explained the 2 week training process and time and dates of class.
