I applied through LinkedIn. The process took 30 days. I interviewed at their Coral Gables office. First, there was a brief and screening by HR. Then a 101 interview with the Head of Operations. The next step was a 101 interview with the CFO and Sales Manager. The questions were pretty standard, however the CFO was hesitant about my project management experience as mainly I worked in Marketing (where you deal with lots of projects as well).
At the end, I did not got an offer but I asked for feedback and what I got is that they were looking for someone with more experience in Project Management.
What is was surprising is that I spoke to a current employee and they never hired a new project manager and financially the company was not doing well as some projects were canceled.
