Three stage interview. The first one was coding tasks with automatic evaluation, where one should do some moderate tasks, such as find the bug, write some simple algorithm, etc. Second was a technical talk with group of developers and specialists + language skills evaluation, where one had to answer questions related to C++, thread safety, data structures. The last one was live coding session by Skype, one had to write some C++ and C code, checking basic language awareness.

After submitting my CV, I had to complete an online test. The task involved comparing strings. Then there was an interview with HR, during which we scheduled the technical interview. In that interview, I had to calculate the depth of a binary tree and check whether the parentheses were properly nested.
