A full day of interviews with no real coordination between interviewers. I was asked the same questions 3 or 4 times. It seemed quite pointless and I didn't think wasting the time of all these employees was necessary. This could have easily been just with one at most two people who would work directly with me rather than the six people I met with.

They have 3 round of online interviews and last round is face to face, by 2 rounds I had got good feedback and After 3rd round with senior VP he didn't give feedback till 2 weeks and then I came to know I am not selected and when I asked reason I was told that he did not give any reason and matter is with HR now that how can they reject candidate without giving any appropriate feedback as what went wrong. Seems Internal politics to me.
