I delivered my CV to them on a job fair for students organized at my University, then I was invited to the job day event they organized and did speed interviews for the positions I was interested in. They then called me for a technical interview with the team and later on for another technical interview with the supervisor of the team. Most technical questions I got were logical questions related to networks / bandwidth. Not so much about digital design per se. On the first interview with the team I also got many interesting questions about a Master-Slaves networks of optical fiber.

I applied through the company website. I got an invitation for interview by email. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. Most of questions were about how to handle challenges in work space.
