Applied through Linkedin and got first contact by phone the next day. The whole process took about 6 weeks. There were 4 interviews , one each week via conference call. Last 4th interview was with HR and got the offer on the 6th week.

Not very well organized, there were 4 rounds and I came to know of each when I got the calendar invites -no upfront explanation. The interviews are analytical, motivational, HR, development/skills.
