Entrevista
The interview process at Nokia consisted of several stages. First, I completed a technical screening, which involved solving coding challenges on Codility. These challenges were relatively simple and focused on core programming concepts such as preprocessor directives, variables, the stack, and the heap. Afterward, I had a separate interview with a hiring manager, which was more focused on my soft skills, motivation, and my alignment with Nokia’s values and culture. The manager also asked about my previous experience and how I could contribute to the team’s objectives.

Entrevista
Rather easy questions, live coding part was simple, the recruiters were, not really enthusiastic so to speak, but they weren’t mean. I rate this part as rather stressful but not terrible

first part was on-line assessment of C++ - 20 multiple choice questions regarding for example friend classes and 2 short programming problems and the second was an interview on ms teams with team manager
