I interviewed at their Berlin office, everybody was welcoming and in general seemed like a nice group of people.
The interview was 2 hours, first a small introduction, then 30min algorithmic and roughly one hour system design task.
They were accommodating and I felt pretty relaxed due to that.

I was asked to look at a matrix of pixel data and asked for a method/algorithm to find certain values within an area of interest.
Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Nomitri (Berlim) em mar. de 2025

It was a three interview process. First CEO introduction, second a use case with the CTO and the meeting in the office. The CEO looked nice at first but the second interview with the CTO was too superficial. When I arrived at the office for the final round I felt already how the management was treating people like a small family business and there were just too many expectations instead of a team vibe. I stayed a couple of months because the weight among people was too heavy

How do you sell to clients?
How would you structure a rollout?
I had multiple rounds of interview, including discussions on machine learning, coding assessments, and an on-site interview. Overall, the employees I interacted with were pleasant, but certain aspects left much to be desired.
The conversation with the CTO was particularly challenging. I was interrupted multiple times and couldn't ask my questions. Additionally, some of the comments made by the CTO were unconventional and made me uncomfortable.
I noticed a sense of control from the CEO, who happens to be the CTO's wife. This dynamic contributed to an atmosphere that felt restrictive.
While the employees were polite, the interview process revealed aspects that were not conducive to a positive work environment.
