My resume was shortlisted. I was called for 1st round. Purely technical round, I was able to answer all the questions. The interviewer was very kind and understanding. I was called for 2nd round, I had a very good discussion with the interviewer. It was also technical and went through pretty smoothly. I liked that the interviewer gave me ample time to think through the problem and didn't rush. I was invited for the 3rd round. It was with India head of model validation. He asked me about my past experiences and explained me the role and JD in detail. Talked about the team in detail. There was no technical discussion. He asked me my current compensation and compensation expectations. Next day I received a call from the headhunter informing me that they have put my candidature on hold since they feel that I don't have relevant experience for the role. "They had my resume all this while."
