The interview process included an required application and cover letter. Then, was followed up with an intake call, two virtual interviews, and request for references. It was very thorough and insightful!

This was an entry level position. I had 4 interviews drawn out over 3 months. All virtual and with up to 5 person panel. A lot of the same (repeat) generic questions were asked. The interviewers wouldn't share much information about the specifics of the position which was a red flag, even when a direct inquiry was made. I felt 4 interviews was excessive for an entry level position and taking 3 months to make a hiring decision seemed evident of possible mismanagement.
