Entrevista
20-minute conversation with one coach and then moved on to a mock interview with another coach. Steps: Got an email asking to download the Noom app and a set of instructions to create profile, plus some mock client info as a guide.
What they are looking for: Right set up of the app on your phone, timeliness, grammar, spelling, how you handle the client based on the mock info. Everything was via text on my phone.
For this position you may get from 100-200 clients.
The whole process took <week. Two days after the interview, received an email stating they will continuing looking for someone who's a stronger match to their current needs. All very professional and timely. Nice people.
The true is this particular opportunity does not fit my workstyle (I would have not accept it if offered).

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
