Be very careful with this position. I applied via online application and was granted an interview that Friday. Took the half day from work to take the interview and the interview cancelled two hours before saying all positions were filled. Then, after a month was given another interview. Took another day from work, did what I thought was a great job and then told all positions were filled. I honestly believe they are trying to collect responses to have coaches be bots and not pay actual people. Really terrible experience

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
