Applied online at their website. Got an email two days later about a timed 'test' and a video submission. The timed test wasn't too difficult but the video requirements were: had to be just a one minute video. I found that difficult and I'm pretty sure that was why I never made it through that gate.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
