Entrevista
I submitted my resume and cover letter online. The next day, I was asked to complete timed scenario questions and a one minute video. The next step in the process was an hour long mock coaching session. The final step was a 30 minute interview which covered more scenario questions and included other questions about my background/coaching style. The whole process took about a week and everyone I spoke to was professional. The mock coaching session may appear difficult to others, but Noom wants to test how you interact with the client as they appear to be looking for a specific coaching style. I never felt as though any steps in the process were irrelevant or unnecessary.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
