After submitting my resume and cover letter online I was contacted the next day to do a timed survey. It had several scenarios. I was given 25 minutes. Then I attached 1 minute video describing why I would be a great fit for Noom. Couple hours later received email inviting me to schedule mock coaching session with a health coach. After that I got an email to schedule my final interview via Zoom. It was 30 minutes long and 2 hours later I got an email with the offer. The whole process took about 2 weeks. The best hiring process experience ever! Super fast and easy! The interviewer was super nice.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
