Entrevista
The first interview was an hour long mock coaching session, and the second and final interview was a 30 minute video conference with an experienced coach using the zoom platform.

The mock coaching session consisted of interacting with a hypothetical client. It was unpredictable but gave me a great idea of what the job would consist of and whether or not I would like doing it. The final interview was a one on one conversation with someone who has done the job for awhile. It was done in a professional manner and in my opinion, conducted the way a job interview should be conducted. I enjoyed this process and got a good feel for the company and its culture while going through it.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
