The interview process for me was extremely satisfying. I thought it was quite thoroughbred seamless, and for a job like this, it should be! I submitted my resume and within the day they got back to me with “next steps”, which was a timed twenty-five minute case study section followed up by creating a short video on why you want to work with Noom. After my submission, again within the day, they notified me to move on to a “Mock Coaching” session. Basically, what you will be doing day to day with Noom, talking with clients, and helping them succeed. The Mock lasted around forty-five minutes and then we wrapped it up. Following that, instructions were sent to me to set up a time for a face-to-face interview. The interview lasted around twenty minutes, and focused on problem solving and your experiences within the work place. After it concluded, about ten minutes later I received my offer letter.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
