The hiring process consisted of a timed coaching survey to assess how you would handle various situations, a one minute video submission, a 40 minute virtual coaching role play, and a final face to face interview via zoom. I think noom does a really great job of making sure they are hiring the most qualified coaching candidates.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.
