The interview process was very clear, organized and efficient. An initial online application was completed followed by three separate processes: a timed questionnaire consisting of case study scenarios, a virtual mock coaching session and an interview with the Coach Manager. Noom was very timely with their responses and considerate of applicants throughout the entire process.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.
