Fairly straight forward. 3 steps- 1. answer timed questionnaire and upload 1 minute video of yourself explaining why you'd be a good fit. 2. Mock Coaching session, 45 minutes chatting with "client" 3. Zoom interview with coaching staff.
Employer was very responsive, the whole three steps took about a week. Even though I was originally put on a wait list, they were very assuring that they were still interested, and offered job after about 2 weeks.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
