After experiencing Noom’s interview process, I can say that I am impressed by how seamless it has been. Everyone whom I interacted with were respectful, kind, helpful, and seemed serious about their work. At every step of the interview process, to include the resulting job offer, the information given to me by Noom employees has been accurate and delivered in a timely manner. The process took about two weeks from start to finish and I am excited and looking forward to beginning my position at Noom!

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
