Applied online through Noom website, then did a timed 30 minute scenario 4 questionnaire, then did a mock coaching session, which I thought went pretty well because a goal for the user was established at the end of the session...but received an e-mail a few days later that they decided to not move forward and I can reapply in 6 months....bummer because I've heard amazing thing about working for Noom.

It took a while to hear back at first but once, we got rolling into the next phases it was quick. Overall it was a fun interview! I was put into scenarios that I would possibly be faced with on the job.
