They require you to complete a cover letter, then ask you questions, then schedule you for a 50 minute mock interview with a fictitious client named Sam on a Google doc. Honestly very time consuming for apparently very little money.

The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.

POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
