Several rounds to the interview process. Found the process pretty seamless, as they don't waste time letting you get to the next round. I would highly suggest reading up on motivational interviewing before you begin the interview process, because that is what they are looking for. They also give you detailed information before you are interacting with a Noom coach, so that's helpful as well. Have fun with it! They like happy people :)

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
