After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

You send in a video, answer questions, do a mock coaching session, then final interview. It wasn’t too bad. They rely heavily off of motivational interviewing so if you know it, absolutely show it
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Noom (New York, NY).
Entrevista
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
