4-5 rounds starting with recruiter phone screen, 1:1 with hiring manager, then a time-boxed experiment case study where you're bombarded with questions and barely have enough time to generate experiment ideas.

Long term vision for the industry and where Noom fits in
Went through many rounds of interviews with the team, including live product design and strategy case studies.
It ultimately wasn’t a fit, but the recruiting team was amazing throughout the process, and had the decency to follow-up with feedback and a conversation at the end of the process. This is how people should be treated!

Many steps. 1) Recruiter screen 2) Hiring manager call 3) Live product case 4) XF team interviews 5) Additional interview with hiring manager and 6) Meeting with CPO
The recruiter was knowledgeable and pleasant. However, my experience with the hiring manager raised red flags about the team culture, and I did not proceed further.
