Pretty extensive and kind of fun! There were 3 stages of the process and they were very thorough. In addition to completing a traditional application, you're also asked to film a 60 sec. video of you explaining your goals as a health coach. If you're selected from there, you have a video call with a hiring coach where you talk through the position and discuss how you might fit into the roll.

The interview process was straight forward. It was approximately three steps to the process. I had a virtual interview. Then, I was asked to complete an assessment and finally a mock coaching session.
