It was an online, text based interview. Online scenario based interview. Interviewer simulated a difficult client. The client would find many excuses for not wanting to make changes in her sleep pattern.

The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.

POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
