First round interview with external recruiter followed by interview with hiring manager. Latter focus on fit, technical skillset (i.e. financial modeling, knowledge on debt products, etc.) and past experiences in refinancing etc.

Process was long but fair and was able to meet many different parts of the firm. Began on zoom and then was brought into the office for next stages. Everyone in the office was nice and hospitable.
