The interview process is composed of three distinct stages: initially, candidates meet with a recruiter for a preliminary discussion, followed by a technical evaluation with the technical team, and finally, a meeting with the prospective supervisor to discuss potential roles and responsibilities.

From my own experience, the hiring process is fast and efficient. It is composed of three rounds: talking with HR team, doing a technical assignment which you have the freedom to choose your favourite techs. Third round is with your potential team where you could showcase the previous assignment, join fun tech discussions and do quizzes. Last round is expected to last around 2-3 hours. The company came back to me with an offer after a few days. —- Advice for Nordcloud: Please keep all the candidates informed ASAP once the third round is finished. In the future, regardless of the result, an evaluation should be personally provided so candidates know the reasons why they are chosen/rejected. Recruitment process should be emphasised as a much more important part, as it’s the very first real impression of the company’s image on people and in the market. And for interviewee: If you haven’t heard anything from Nordcloud after one week, I’d recommend you not to hesitate and send an email to the HR person who interviewed you in the first round.
