It was an online interview, with the person who I was replacing. This suited me well, as I was working abroad at the time and would not have been able to attend an in person interview.

As this was a very technical and specific role, the interviewers mainly concentrated on technical questions, related to the commissioning of windfarm substations and auxiliary equipment.
