One in person interview with assistant dept manager and dept manager. Very laid back, mostly a conversation getting to know each other talking about the vendors and commission structure. Nothing stressful or tricky.

I applied online and was then called and screened. I then took a personality test and was called back for a 1:1 interview. You have to sell something in the interview so be prepared in high - stress situations and definitely know how to sell or you will be embarrassed.
