Entrevista
Interview process includes a minimal of 3 interviews. They want to know that you have sale experience and can provide the small business aspect to the customers. You should be able to build a clientele, merchandise, lead a team,and maintain a high sales per hour. Be prepared to do a demonstration make up look with a model. (Especially for MAC and Bobbi)

I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
3 stage interview. 1 with department manager, 2 with brand manager, 3 artistry interview. The company has been in business since I started working for it in January in New Hampshire in June
