Process took about 3 weeks. Got approached by an employee asking if I wanted to work for nordstroms. Gave her my info and about 2 days later I got a call from a vendors coordinator. Went in for an actual interview with her the next day and it went great. She kept it real with me and I appreciate her for that. Fast forward one week later, I interviewed on the phone with a manager and then about 4 days later I went in for an actual interview at the store I was going to be hired at. Everything went great, just general sales questions and availability. Got a phone call 3 days late with an offer! Pretty easy interview it you already had retail/makeup/customer service exp.

Interview was quick and straight to the point. They asked me basic questions and asked who my former employer was. Hired me on the spot and I was able to work the week after.
