I am at the first step of the interview process, so I will keep this updated as it moves along. I first received an email to schedule a phone interview on Sept. 17 and had it yesterday Sept. 21. Was very brief, about 5 mins, and she asked the normal question, why I want to work for Nordies, a time when I had a difficult customer, my availability. She then told me she would forward her notes and my info to the cosmetics dept mgr. Fingers crossed!!
Interview with department manager, second interview with brand manager. May have to do artistry interview. She has your number in case she wants you guys in touch and we will be in contact to get the information on this as soon we get the results of our interview with her on the job interview with
I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
3 stage interview. 1 with department manager, 2 with brand manager, 3 artistry interview. The company has been in business since I started working for it in January in New Hampshire in June
