First I had a phone interview it was your standard questions that you can find online by goggling "Nordstrom interview questions" it was geared PRIMARILY around customer service. Second I had an in person interview with the department manager. He asked ALOT of questions about TEAMWORK, customer service and GOALS!!! GOALS is paramount in this company!!! Finally I had an interview with the vendor (Chanel) they just wanted to make sure I was a "good fit" for Chanel. She asked a ton of questions about my MANAGEMENT STYLE and gave me scenario's

I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
